夢の三連休、再び
二週続けて三連休♪
先週は気がついたらぐだぐだで、予定していたことの半分もできなかった。
今週はそれを反省して、さくさくと予定事項をこなそうと、作戦を練･･･むにゅむにゅ
思ったんだけど、やめた(笑)
がっちり作戦練ると、それから反れた瞬間から萎えるみたいなので、
思うがままに、自由にすることにした
この三日間は外に出ないからね、と引きこもることを決意(笑)

まさに、ぐだぐだな作戦勝ち！
1/27は、ここのところの疲れをとるために、ゆっくり過ごした。
「しなきゃダメ」的な考えをなくして、やりたいことを最優先にしていったら、案外さくさくといろんなことができた。
そして、夜も、いつもよりも早く就寝。
1/28は、ゆっくり起きたので、睡眠時間は十分。
体が楽ちんである。
やっぱり、睡眠が少ない日々が、何かしら不調をきたしているみたいね。
この日は、やらなきゃならないことを最優先。
タイムスケジュールを組んで、効率的に片付けた。
夜になっても体調がよく、気がついたら、朝だった(笑)
少し眠る。
３時間ちょっとくらい。
まぁ、最近の日常の睡眠時間と同じくらいだから、こんなもんでしょ。
仮眠的な眠り方だったので、すんなり起きて、活動再開。
２日間で優先事項を片付けることができたので、今日は気持ちも軽い♪
夕方、妹夫婦がやってくる。
あまりにも、この三日間のぐだぐだ感がにじみ出ているので、一掃するために、ゆっくりお風呂に入った。
やがてやってきた彼女たちと夕飯を食べに出かけ、ご馳走になったりして･･･
あぁ、なんて有意義な三日間だったのだろう･･･
