なんたらいう社員向上のための面談
今日は、社員向上のための「なんたら」いうものを提出しながら、上長と面談をしました。
今回のは前年度の分の結果報告というかたちで。
正直、結果は芳しくないですよ、私的には。
大きな動きありませんでしたからね、その掲げた目標の達成値が。
もっとぶっちゃけると、時間がないんです。
業務的にやりたいことや、やらなきゃならないことはたくさんあって、
でも、持っている業務を片付けるだけでめいっぱいで、
ちょっと空いた時間には突発的な業務が詰め込まれてしまい、
目標の掲げたことは後回しになってしまう。
自己啓発なんてもってのほか・・・
上長が、言うんです。
「たまごさんを昇格させたい」って。
あの、まじでそれ要りません。
それよりも、時間をください。
お金で買えない何かをください。
プライスレス！！（どっかで聞いたコマーシャル？）

仰るとおり昇進より時間でありお金である・・と自分も思います。
ですが、ここは敢えて、受けてみてはいかがでしょうか?
人に望まれて人の上に立つ人間になる。
そのことはとても栄誉なことだと思うからです。
たまちゃんが責任感の強い方だとという事は今までブログを拝見して既にわかっていますので、当然の成り行きかと思えるのです。
だからこそ・・。

ね～、自分でコントロールし切れないのは、
大人としてちょっとどうか･･･と思うんです。
限りある時間を、いかにどう有効に遣っていこうか、
これが今年のテーマですね～

心強い応援メッセージをありがとうございます。
社会人として微妙なお年頃になりつつある今、
色んな意味で岐路にたっているような気がします。
このことも含めて、色々考え直さなきゃならないことがあり･･･
もっと強い人になりたい、これが今の私の願いです。
