反省でもしてみるか
いろんなことにヤル気が出ず･･･
四半期決算が終わったので、ケジメをつけてみますかね
↓
何も、決算時期に限ったことばかりではないのだ。
☆凡ミスが多いなぁ
各担当から上がってくる伝票のスピードは上がっているものの、細かいミスが多い。
焦らずに、迅速に、正確に
これがうまく伝わっていないことがよ～く分かりました
これはたまごが悪いな･･･、深く反省しております。
☆だいたい決裁文書が悪い
あり得ないね
起案した文書がよくない
それをチェックして決裁が通ったものの、チェックが間違ってる(笑)
その後の運用もよくない･･･
間違ったままの文書が伝票に添付されてくると、がっかりするんですよ、ホント。
☆ホントはもっとあるんじゃないの？
ここ最近の決算期になると、伝票締め切りや決算確定前になってから出てくる伝票が見受けられる。
直前で気がついてギリ計上できていると思うんだけど、ひょっとしたら完全に見落としているものもあるんじゃないのぉ？
疑り深くなりつつあります。
まぁ、それを我らもチェックしますが、経理担当（財務系）という立場上限界があって、今のところそのチェック方法は出尽くしてます。
本来ならば、各ＰＪ担当や事業部側がしっかり意識するべきところなんだけどね･･･
変わった会社なので、そういう気質はほとんどなし。
それならば、チェックの最終ラインとして企画（半会計系･･･）がしっかりしてくれなきゃなぁ･･･
まぁ、経理が財務兼半会計で、企画が半会計っていう気持ちの悪い体勢なのがなんとかならないとムリでしょうケド。
それはこの会社の方針なので、いち担当であるたまごは踏み込めません。
っていうか、物議をかもし出すので、口出せません。
ってことで、今後も、たまごと事務処理担当という末端同士で、もぐらたたき並の不毛なチェックをしていくしか、道はないな。
この際、外部から指摘されたらいいよ！！
「だめじゃん！」って。
☆あいかわらずたまごの一人相撲
決算祭り中にたまごが体調を崩したため、強制退去や体を休ませろとか心温まる心遣いをしてもらいましたが、
それは、決算の締めが２日遅れるという、笑っちゃう結果になりました。
いち担当者の不在ごときで決算遅らせるなー！
「何か手伝うことはないか？ 進めておく事は無いか？」とか、
すぱっと言える人が一人もいないことに、感動すら覚える･･･
これは･･･マズイって、まじで。
任せてもらえるのは本当にありがたいんだけど、会社的にヤバイって。
以上、主な反省っていうか･･･これはグチか？(笑)
でも、言いたいこと言わないと胃が痛くなるみたいだから、言ってみた次第であります。
ぜぇんぶ今更･･･な話なんだけどね。
でも、これから会社が発展していくと、これどんどん大きな問題になっていくよ？
今のうちから手をうたないとダメなんスよ？ 上長！！
って言うと、「じゃ、お願いね♪」て返されるな(笑)
黙ってやろうっと。

決算お疲れ様でしたー！今回もご迷惑をかけてしまったはらぺこであります。もぐらたたたき並みの…って（笑）いやぁ、各事務担当者が把握できない件数でないのに把握してなかったってことですね(＞＜)とにかく私自身、とても反省した決算でした!!
